bajeed Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bajeed ("bajeed", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bajeed.net ("the Platform"). By creating a bajeed account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register for, access, or use the bajeed platform in any manner. Your continued use of bajeed following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. bajeed reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to the account, or through a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms are written in English and govern the relationship between bajeed and all players, including players accessing the Platform from within Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated summary, the English version prevails. bajeed operates solely online; all contractual dealings are conducted through the Platform, and these Terms are formed, interpreted, and governed accordingly.

bajeed does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical incidents, or circumstances beyond bajeed's reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability. bajeed will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

To access the full range of bajeed services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a bajeed account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information provided at registration and at any subsequent update remains accurate and up to date.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered bajeed account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where bajeed identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be closed, outstanding balances may be voided, and bonus winnings will be forfeited. bajeed uses technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate registrations and will act on any confirmed breach of this rule.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajeed login credentials, including your username and password. bajeed recommends selecting a strong, unique password and enabling any available secondary verification features. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bajeed will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your bajeed account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bajeed's support team immediately at [email protected]. bajeed will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, which may include a temporary suspension of withdrawals.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bajeed operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its commitment to security and anti-fraud measures. bajeed may, at any point and at its sole discretion, request that you submit documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• Valid passport (photo page).
• Driving licence.
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).
• Screenshot or confirmation of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account ownership matching the number used for deposits.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of deposit, betting, or withdrawal functionality until the required documentation is received and reviewed.

All bets and wagers placed on the bajeed platform are final once confirmed. bajeed does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in circumstances where bajeed has made a manifest error in odds or game configuration (see below). Players are solely responsible for reviewing the details of a bet — including the selection, stake amount, and applicable odds — before confirming it.

Manifest Errors

A manifest error is defined as an obvious and unambiguous mistake in the odds, game configuration, payout table, or other material parameter that a reasonable person would immediately recognise as incorrect. Where bajeed determines that a bet was accepted at odds or terms that contain a manifest error, bajeed reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. bajeed will not pay out winnings at obviously incorrect odds under any circumstances.

Suspicious Activity and Match Integrity

bajeed monitors all betting activity for patterns consistent with suspicious wagering, match manipulation, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the Platform. Where bajeed has reasonable grounds to suspect any such activity, it reserves the right to:

• Suspend settlement of the affected bet(s) pending investigation.
• Void the affected bet(s) and return stakes to the account.
• Restrict or close the account of any player found to be involved in suspicious activity.
• Report the activity to relevant authorities where required.

Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure that interrupts an active game session or live bet — including server disconnections, software errors, or third-party data feed interruptions — bajeed will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session state from available logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets affected by a technical failure on bajeed's side will be voided and stakes returned. bajeed is not liable for interruptions caused by the player's own device or internet connection.

Game-Specific Rules

Individual game categories — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, and crash games — are governed by additional game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the bajeed platform. These game rules form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction with them. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, the game-specific rule shall prevail for that category only.

bajeed reserves the right to suspend or close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during a verification process.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Suspected underage gambling.
• Abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour directed at bajeed staff or other players.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Effect of Closure on Balances

Where bajeed closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited in full. The treatment of real-money deposits held in the account at the time of closure will depend on the nature of the breach. Where the breach involves fraud or manipulation, deposits may also be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. In all other cases, real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the original payment source.

Voluntary Closure

A player who wishes to voluntarily close their bajeed account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. bajeed will process voluntary closure requests within five business days. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been reviewed. Players who close their account voluntarily and subsequently wish to reopen it may contact support; reactivation is at bajeed's sole discretion and subject to re-verification.
